Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for information only and may change without notice. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include applicable GST. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but are not liable for minor errors.

Orders and Age Verification

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders that fail age verification or that breach these terms. Vaping products contain nicotine, which is highly addictive.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, UPENDS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or products. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
