Because vaping products are regulated and hygiene-sensitive, our returns policy is limited to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Eligibility

• Items must be unopened and in original condition where the fault allows.
• Claims are assessed within 14 days of delivery.
• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for nicotine products.

Any return or refund interaction requires confirmation that the customer is 18 years or older.

How to Request a Return

2. Our team will advise whether the item should be returned or photographed for assessment.
3. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed promptly. Shipping costs are refunded only where the return is due to our error.
